One of the dimensions of the Islamic revolution is its influence in deprived areas and cities and the active participation of the people of these cities in achieving the results of this revolution. Because knowing the geographical territory of the Islamic Revolution, that is, the places and places that witnessed people's struggles against the Pahlavi government, is one of the important issues related to the Islamic Revolution. Based on this, the present research is trying to investigate the history of the formation of resource mobilization in the cities of Farahan and Tafarsh in the process of the Islamic revolution from 1978- 1963. In this regard, based on Charles Tilly's resource mobilization theory, this goal was addressed and the following results were achieved: In the process of the Islamic revolution in the cities of Farahan and Tafarsh, groups and classes that, unlike the Pahlavi government, sought to gain power by mobilizing resources. They were from the clerical class, marketers, cultured people and women. The non-organizational groups were centered on clerics and were mainly active in mosques and hosseiniyehs. The types of sources of power were not using coercive sources such as weapons, useful sources through information services such as cassette tapes, and normative sources such as religious ceremonies during the days of Muharram, Safar and Ramadan.
