Therefore, the research problem is to explain the role of this deprived social class in the revolution and the reasons and contexts of their entry into the process of revolutionary struggles with a case study of the marginal residents of Tehran. The findings of the research, which were carried out in the framework of historical and social studies and descriptive-analytical and documentary studies, show that the presence of the marginal residents of Tehran in the process of revolutionary struggles is limited to the last months leading to the revolution and as It has been subordinated and followed by other militant groups, especially the clergy; However, the religious and economic motivations that caused the dissatisfaction of this deprived and unprivileged class and finally their entry into the revolutionary movements are important due to the expansion and consolidation of the social foundations of the revolutionary movement. چکیده<br /><br />گزارشات تاریخی متناقض و نبود مدارک در خور اعتماد، موجب اختلاف نظر تاریخ پژوهان در مورد کم و کیف حضور و فعالیت حاشیه نشینان در تحولات منجر به انقلاب اسلامی شده است. بنابراین مسألۀ تحقیق، تبیین نقش این طبقۀ محروم اجتماعی در انقلاب و علل و زمینه‌های ورود آنان به فرایند مبارزات انقلابی با مطالعۀ موردی حاشیه‌نشینان شهر تهران است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر که در چارچوب مطالعات تاریخی-اجتماعی و ازنوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و مطالعات اسنادی انجام شده است نشان‌گر آن است که حضور حاشیه‌نشینان شهر تهران در فرایند مبارزات انقلابی، محدود به ماه‌های پایانی منتهی به انقلاب و به صورت تبعی و پیروی از سایر گروه‌های مبارز به ویژه روحانیت بوده است اما انگیزه‌های مذهبی و اقتصادی که موجب شکل‌گیری نارضایتی این طبقۀ محروم و فاقد امتیاز و در نهایت ورود آنان به جنبش‌های انقلابی شد به دلیل وسعت بخشیدن و تحکیم پایه‌های اجتماعی جنبش انقلابی، واجد اهمیت است. https://tarikhname.ri-khomeini.ac.ir/article_181934_2573d40345805255be448ac60eadda3a.pdf
